What was your first impression of Secury360?

Secury360 had a serious proposition, and they deliver on that promise. "If we receive a certain number of false alarms per month, Secury360 is simply not doing their job." While it takes us 15 seconds to verify an alarm, Secury360 does it in just 3 seconds. You understand right away. Secury360 clearly states what they do and, just as importantly, what they don’t do.

What is the added value of Secury360 for control rooms?

Secury360 reduces the workload and adds value (i.e., reliability) for end-users. The fewer false alarms we need to react to, the better we can position ourselves with the end-user. We’re truly adding value. Technology can filter out a lot, but there’s always a need for human intervention, and that’s where we come in.

How was the integration process?

It took a few sessions to clarify our goals, but once everything was clear, the integration went smoothly. It’s easy to make demands, but Secury360 takes real action. It’s a huge advantage to work directly with the developer.

What do you think of Secury360's solution compared to others?

No cure, no pay. And that’s possible because Secury360 focuses on what they do best. There are many AI technologies out there, but Secury360 stands out with its focus on intrusion. You have a clear focus. Also, the pricing model is straightforward—no endless options you don’t need. You know exactly what you’re getting. Plain and simple.

What do you think about the future role of your alarm and service center with the evolution of AI?

Right now, we are very active as an alarm center, following clear procedures. In the future, we aim to be more proactive. We handle the technology for the customer as experts in our field. Business parks, for example, say they don’t want to know when things are going well, but when things are going wrong. They want us to advise and take an active role. "We don’t want to know when things have been stolen, but when they will be stolen." Predicting, and AI will help us tremendously with that.
