What does the Response Unit do?
The S360 Response Unit provides visual and audio deterrence for your security setup. Its multi-color LED lights show system status at a glance, and the built-in speaker enables remote audio intervention — allowing operators to speak directly to intruders on-site.
Does it work with the 360 Cloud Response license?
Yes. The device can operate via traditional I/O connections locally without the license. However, the S360 Cloud Response license unlocks full remote management, 2-way audio support, partition-based activation, arming status visualisation, and remote firmware updates via the Cloud Portal.
Is it compatible with my existing S360 setup?
Absolutely. The Response Unit offers plug-and-play compatibility with the S360 box, ensuring fast installation and synchronized operation with your existing Secury360 security system.
Can I customise the LED colors?
Yes. Both front and back light colors are customizable. In stand-alone mode, limited settings are available via the local web portal. With the S360 Cloud Response license, you get extended color settings configurable remotely through the Cloud Portal.
What is the Sun shield accessory?
The S360 Response Unit Sun Shield is an optional accessory that provides weather protection and ensures optimal LED visibility for outdoor installations. It keeps the device effective in all light and weather conditions.
When will the 2-way audio feature be available?
The built-in speaker for talkback is coming soon. Once available, it will enable remote audio intervention directly on site, allowing operators or users to speak to intruders via the S360 central station app or mobile app (requires S360 Cloud Response license).
